About the Role:
Cobs Bread is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign sales staff to duties and ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure they meet the company's standards.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure the sales floor is running smoothly.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in sales or retail management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues.
