Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients in the healthcare vertical. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical and enterprise business analysis, with a proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in and facilitate business process model discovery, planning workshops, and requirements gathering sessions to elicit business and technical requirements.
  • Prepare business cases, project charters, technical assessments, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Develop governance frameworks and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects that meet business objectives.
  • Communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Technical or Enterprise Business Analyst on at least 3 enterprise technology projects in the healthcare vertical.
  • Experience with cloud-based DevSecOps processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the client organization.
  • A successful track record of delivering business solutions that meet client needs.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience working in a healthcare and/or research environment is an asset.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Project Online is considered an asset.
  • Certification as a Project Manager is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies is considered an asset.
