Position Overview

We are in search of a Client Project Manager to become a vital part of CEI Fleet Collision and Safety. As a leading entity in fleet management, we offer unparalleled products, services, and solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

As the Client Project Manager, your role will be to enhance client satisfaction by effectively managing projects that influence both financial and operational outcomes, setting realistic expectations, and delivering results on schedule without service disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise the implementation of fleet-related projects for CEI and its clients within a designated portfolio.
  2. Adapt strategies based on performance insights; identify interdepartmental process connections and facilitate enhancements.
  3. Ensure adherence to project deliverables, standard operating procedures, business practices, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  4. Conduct call facilitation, follow-up, and validation for task execution; troubleshoot and resolve issues to guarantee timely completion.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks that could affect project execution.
  6. Document project progress and provide proactive updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate closely with business leaders within the Client and CEI Account Management Teams to identify and define new initiatives.
  8. Partner with CEI Strategic Consulting Services and Account Management Teams to deliver fleet analytics that support decision-making and project execution.
  9. Advise on adjustments to the client's fleet policy to optimize efficiency and profitability while minimizing liability exposure and adhering to industry best practices.
  10. Establish and maintain effective business relationships with client personnel to deliver superior fleet management services and recommend improvements in fleet policy and administration.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Experience in the leasing sector, particularly in financial services, operations, or customer service is preferred.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
  4. Proven experience in change management, leading teams, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  5. Strong leadership abilities: coaching, team building, managing through transitions, facilitation, and relationship development.
  6. Solid business acumen and financial knowledge.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
