POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Coordinator is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing production requirements from the initial project phase to its successful conclusion for smaller clients. This role involves interpreting client needs and understanding all aspects of the project, including packaging, prepress, and industry standards. The Client Coordinator is dedicated to ensuring that client issues are resolved satisfactorily as they arise.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees small-scale client-specific projects throughout their lifecycle, including project initiation, tracking progress, ensuring timely delivery, and managing invoicing.
  • Converts client requests and specifications into detailed plans, facilitating solution review meetings to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborates with account team members and clients during project initiation and solution review meetings to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Possesses knowledge of various printing processes (e.g., offset, flexo, gravure).
  • Addresses conflicts and issues to keep projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables.
  • Performs onsite tasks such as reviewing and shipping proofs, processing client modifications, and releasing files.
  • Guarantees accurate and timely invoicing by maintaining precise project details and supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develops, supports, and maintains the client portal and CRM application.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination within a graphics manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Skilled in influencing peers and senior management.
  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.

PHYSICAL ASPECTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and see.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
