Position Overview

The role of the Administrative Support Specialist at GALLEXY TOURS LTD involves a variety of essential tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain effective office procedures and routines.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Communication: Answer and relay telephone calls and messages promptly.
  • Data Compilation: Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Negotiation: Engage in negotiations for collective agreements on behalf of the organization.
  • Reception Duties: Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread various correspondence, forms, and documents.
Required Skills
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and electronic mail systems.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
