Senior Manager of Process Improvement

Position Type: Regular - Full-Time

Location: Various Locations

OVERVIEW: In the role of Senior Manager of Process Improvement at McCain Foods, you will be instrumental in fostering operational excellence and driving sustainable advancement within the North American Supply Chain framework. Drawing upon your comprehensive expertise in Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies and your leadership acumen, you will spearhead the formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives designed to enhance processes such as Demand Forecasting, Inventory Control, Order Fulfillment, Transportation Logistics, Warehousing Solutions, and Quality Assurance. By collaborating with senior management and cross-departmental teams, you will pinpoint significant improvement opportunities, devise actionable plans, and propel progress towards achieving organizational objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and lead a Continuous Improvement Center of Excellence
  • Manage a comprehensive cost reduction initiative
  • Oversee complex improvement projects
  • Engage with senior executives
  • Identify and implement process enhancement opportunities
  • Employ data-driven strategies for decision making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain with a minimum of 3 years focused on Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Proficient in CI methodologies including Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, GEMBA, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and PMP credential preferred
  • Results-oriented with strong communication capabilities
  • Familiarity with SAP, E2Open, and PowerBI
  • Willingness to travel as required
