OVERVIEW: In the role of Senior Manager of Process Improvement at McCain Foods, you will be instrumental in fostering operational excellence and driving sustainable advancement within the North American Supply Chain division. Drawing on your substantial expertise in Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies and leadership capabilities, you will spearhead the formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives designed to enhance processes such as Demand Forecasting, Inventory Control, Order Fulfillment, Transportation, Warehousing, and Quality Assurance. By collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams, you will pinpoint opportunities for significant enhancements, devise actionable plans, and propel progress towards organizational objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and lead a Continuous Improvement Center of Excellence
- Manage a comprehensive cost reduction initiative
- Oversee intricate improvement projects
- Engage with senior executives
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements
- Employ data-driven approaches for decision making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain with a minimum of 3 years focused on Continuous Improvement initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of CI methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, GEMBA, 5S, VSM)
- Lean Six Sigma certification and PMP designation are advantageous
- Results-oriented with strong communication skills
- Proficient in SAP, E2Open, and PowerBI
- Willingness to travel as required
