Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to join our NA Supply Chain organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and sustainable growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and launch of a Continuous Improvement Center of Excellence within the NA Supply Chain organization.
- Establish standards, methodologies, and tools to support CI initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments and industry experts to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in continuous improvement.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to disseminate successful practices across the organization.
- Oversee the North American Supply Chain SCA program to build a robust portfolio of cost savings initiatives.
- Lead large scale, complex, and cross functional improvement programs and participate in cross-functional teams supporting supply chain process improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems or Engineering.
- 5+ years Supply Chain experience with 3+ years of experience driving sizable Continuous Improvement Projects or Transformation Programs.
- Extensive experience in applying recognized CI methodologies.
- Lean Six Sigma certification and Project Management Professional designation a bonus.
- Results focused with effective communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
