Position Overview

As a Food Service Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field.
Work Environment
  • Relocation costs are not covered by the employer.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cash flow and finalize balance sheets, cash reports, and associated documentation.
  • Conduct evaluations of staff performance.
  • Organize and oversee inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead and instruct team members effectively.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and spreadsheet applications.
Work Conditions
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Physical demands include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with extended periods of standing.
