As a Bakery Team Leader, you will be instrumental in assisting the Bakery Manager in reaching the objectives of the company, store, and bakery section. Your role will encompass delivering outstanding customer service, overseeing bakery operations, mentoring new staff, and ensuring the bakery is fully prepared for daily activities. If you possess excellent organizational abilities, a love for culinary arts, and the capability to work autonomously, we would like to connect with you.

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee bakery operations
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Ensure the bakery is ready for daily operations
  • Effectively communicate with team members and customers

Required Qualifications:

  • Some post-secondary education completed
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail
  • Flexible availability

Work Environment Considerations:

  • Prolonged periods of standing
  • Lifting of heavy items
  • Precise hand and finger movements
  • Adjusting to varying temperature conditions
