Team Lead, Customer Implementation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead, Customer Implementation to join our Implementation team at MealSuite. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices to drive optimized business outcomes for our customers throughout the implementation project.
Key Responsibilities- Support and Coach Implementation Specialists: Provide guidance and support to a pod of Implementation Specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
- Own Weekly and Monthly Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports to track project progress and ensure alignment with customer goals.
- First Point of Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation projects, providing timely and effective resolution to customer issues.
- Process Documentation: Collaborate with Team Lead counterparts to ensure all process documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Project Management: Ensure projects are progressed through the implementation phases in a timely and efficient manner.
- Time Tracking: Ensure accurate and consistent tracking of project time to meet customer and business needs.
- Training and Development: Work with Implementation Specialists to develop and deliver training plans that meet customer needs and goals.
- Partner Support: Provide support to Reseller, Contractor, and Vendor Partners within your pod, including attending scheduled meetings and implementing process standardization.
- Customer Relationship Platforms: Collaborate with the Customer Experience organization to develop and evolve how the Implementation team leverages customer relationship platforms.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with customer implementation within a SaaS environment.
- Experience delivering training on a highly complex product.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to deliver training sessions that are organized and understandable, and adapt style to accommodate audience preferences.
- Willingness to travel and have a valid passport with no travel restrictions.
- Thrives in an agile environment that encourages team collaboration and communication.
- Love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and opportunity to build leadership skills.
This role will require you to work in our office located in Cambridge, ON, up to 2 days a week. More than an hour away from the office location?
