About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at D & S MATTRESS. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the performance of our sales team and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
