Key Responsibilities- Implementation Project Management: Oversee the implementation project from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions to customers.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of Implementation Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
- Customer Success: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- 2+ years of experience in customer implementation within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of delivering training on complex products and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to travel up to 2 days a week, with a valid passport and no travel restrictions.
