Restaurant Manager

Boston Pizza Cornwall is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food and beverage servers and other staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service and quality control
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage servers and other staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records
- Address customer complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Work collaboratively with other members of the management team to achieve business objectives
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
