Restaurant Manager

At Tim Hortons, we're looking for a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Supervisor. As a key member of our restaurant team, you'll have the opportunity to empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targeted costs
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation
- Manage team members with open communication and understanding
- Support the Restaurant Owner in running a successful business

Requirements:
- 1+ years of quick service experience in a supervisory role
- Practical knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members
- Strong operational experience
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
