Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests upon arrival and assign appropriate accommodations
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and inquiries
  • Manage group bookings, including arrivals and departures
  • Handle room reservations, including modifications and cancellations
  • Provide detailed information regarding hotel amenities and services
  • Offer insights about local attractions and points of interest
  • Facilitate guest check-outs, calculate charges, and process payments
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations
  • Adhere to safety and emergency protocols
  • Answer incoming calls and relay messages efficiently
  • Assist guests with special requirements
  • Deliver wake-up calls as requested
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
