Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Handle guest requests and complaints, escalating issues to management as necessary.

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to company standards.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
