Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at AM PM CLEANING SERVICES INC. as a Customer Service Clerk.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate special events and promotions to engage with clients and promote our services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Language: Bilingual in English and French.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
