Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Maimaar Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Site Management: Coordinate and manage site activities, including subcontractor management, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor construction staff, including engineers, technicians, and laborers.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction project management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
