Lead Sales Strategist for City Cruises Toronto

About the Opportunity:
As the Director of Sales, you will oversee all sales functions for City Cruises Toronto's Charter, Private Events, and Group Dining segments. This includes leading and managing a dedicated sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Contribute to the success of City Cruises Toronto by creating memorable experiences for all guests.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth across Charter, Private Events, and Group Dining categories, targeting diverse market segments such as corporate clients, social groups, weddings, educational institutions, and tourism.
- Lead and motivate your sales team to achieve organizational goals. Implement effective inbound and outbound sales strategies, maximize business profitability, and provide seamless support to operational teams.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure profits align with set targets and foster a culture of excellence in customer service.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to your sales team, empowering them to excel and achieve their full potential.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and refine sales strategies accordingly.
