- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Office Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
