Job Summary

Six side Logistics is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Direct staff
  • Motivate staff
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform data entry
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability
