Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant at MACDONNELL, you will be responsible for:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Administrative experience in a professional office setting and/or a degree in business administration.
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team.
  • Excellent time-management and project management abilities, including prioritization and multitasking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional work ethic.
  • Keen decision-making abilities and a willingness to learn and grow.
