Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their desktop computing environment is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Install and configure software and hardware as required
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work on-site and travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
