Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, utilizing a help desk system to research, troubleshoot, and document issues.
- Issue Resolution: Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating regularly with customers regarding issue status.
- Triage and Coordination: Triage and coordinate complex cases, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
- IT Project Support: Support the development and execution of IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install and maintain computer equipment and peripheral hardware and software, ensuring optimal system performance.
- System Monitoring: Monitor systems performance and respond to issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
- On-Call Support: Provide on-call and after-hours support for outages and maintenance, ensuring business continuity.
- Experience: 3+ years' experience in help desk, IT support, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong self-motivation, excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a passion for IT.
- Technical Skills: Experience supporting and administering Windows 11 and Office 365, virtualization platforms, back-up systems, networking concepts, workstation management, and troubleshooting.
