About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at VC Courier Service Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Team Operations: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the team, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including data analysis, report preparation, and presentation.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company.
  • Technology Support: Assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of office technology, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals, provide support, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
