Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the Nuclear market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with technical personnel and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including technical personnel and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans and sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market trends
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, sales collateral, and product offerings
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay up-to-date on market trends and build relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or Chemical)
  • 6-10 years of experience in the Nuclear market, with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
