Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, Nuclear

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Nuclear Sales team in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key accounts, and expanding our presence in the Nuclear market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Nuclear market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Canadian Nuclear Utilities and Nuclear industry supply chain
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nuclear market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales plans and roadmaps
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer data and sales reports
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans to drive growth in the Nuclear market

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Nuclear market sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong established relationships with technical personnel/decision makers at Canadian Nuclear Utilities and Nuclear industry supply chain
  • Ability to analyze complex data and apply problem-solving techniques to drive business growth
  • Strong sales, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce
