Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Quebec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of sales software and technology
