Senior Project Operations Manager

A reputable construction firm is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Operations Manager to lead residential developments valued at over $70 million. This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary exceeding $140,000. The firm is collaborating with Outpost Recruitment to fill this key role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental protocols
  • Oversee project financials and timelines
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and ensure project profitability
  • Guide project teams while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Establish and maintain project management methodologies and practices
  • Track project advancements and proactively manage risks and opportunities
  • Lead the project closure process effectively
Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of project management experience with a solid track record
  • Experience managing commercial or construction projects exceeding $50 million
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Relevant technical certifications are advantageous
