Job Title: Revenue Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Revenue Administrator to join our team at GreenWin. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing rent collection, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain current/past tenant accounts
- Maintain an effective system of managing rent collection, including preparing notices and following up on tenant compliance
- Maintain and reconcile rent roll and resident ledger accounts
- Reconcile and post month-end functions, including gross potential rent and preauthorized payments
- Prepare and input tenant adjustments and amendments
- Prepare rent increase notices, including executing AGI orders and tax decreases
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in property management, an asset
- Customer service experience required
- Knowledge of Yardi 7S and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to set priorities and remain focused on achieving the end task
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to be proactive with managing time and responsibilities
- Customer service oriented, with a high response time and ability to remain courteous at all times
