About the Role:

  1. Create annual budget and monthly forecasts for rooms occupancy, ADR, and revenue.
  2. Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies, leveraging business analytics to drive performance.
  3. Manage inventory through all distribution channels for optimal availability.
  4. Lead optimal pricing strategy and analysis, and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Build consensus within the Revenue Strategy Team to drive new initiatives forward.
  6. Present weekly Revenue Strategy and Forecast Meetings.
  7. Drive total revenue management business analytics and opportunities, partnering with operations to implement new initiatives.
  8. Engage with OTA Market Managers, corporate marketing, agencies, and vendors on campaign management opportunities.
  9. Take ownership of merchandising strategies, including web featured package display, on-line upsell descriptions, GDS sequence, and OTA placement.
  10. Be the business owner of Opera, BI tools, IDeaS G3 revenue management system, and future RM systems for catering, F&B, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Revenue Management, Hotel/Lodging Management, or Business Administration.
  2. 5 years of experience working in revenue management and/or hotel operations.
  3. Multiple hotel revenue management experience preferred.
  4. Experience and strong knowledge of spreadsheets, pivot tables, and database use.
  5. MS Office, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Hyperion Enterprise, IDeaS G3 Revenue Management, TravelClick, Lighthouse, and Opera PMS experience preferred.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to dynamically articulate and visually display data/strategies to various audiences.
  7. Ability to condense complex data into meaningful strategy.
  8. Strong time management skills and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  9. Ability to present contrarian viewpoints and gain consensus through business analytics.
  10. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
