About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1232182 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.

Chef Supervision

Supervise and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ordering of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize kitchen efficiency.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with other departments, including front-of-house staff and management, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Personal Qualities

Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
