We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campus Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Montreal. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting top talent from universities worldwide and shaping the future of PSP Investments.

  • Lead Recruitment Efforts: Manage daily recruitment activities in Montreal and support expanding recruitment initiatives across our global offices.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with universities and associations to enhance our brand presence and access diverse talent pools globally.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan and host engaging events to support recruitment efforts and create a positive experience for interns.
  • Program Improvement: Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our campus recruitment program and providing ongoing support to current interns.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute all stages of the recruitment process, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Intern Mentorship: Guide interns through their experience by providing training, setting goals, and facilitating career discussions.
  • Performance Reporting: Contribute to the creation of reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a PSP Investments ambassador for both internal and external stakeholders, promoting our values and culture.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about best practices and trends in campus recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in university recruitment or human resources.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Experience with Workday and fluency in both English and French.
