About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing effective recruitment processes to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and workforce planning.
  • Execute recruitment processes for seasonal high-volume recruitment cycles.
  • Manage and assist with job fairs, campus events, and networking events.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Excellent knowledge of the full recruitment cycle.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Customer service-oriented approach.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Team player.
