Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Campus Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for building and leading our campus recruitment strategy, establishing Valsoft's presence at top universities, and managing the recruitment process for our corporate mergers and acquisitions teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with top universities to build Valsoft's on-campus presence and promote us as an employer of choice for internships and early-career opportunities.
  • Design and execute a scalable campus recruitment strategy to attract and select high-performing students, and build the internal processes required to support this strategy.
  • Manage the full campus recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screenings, and coordinating offer letters.
  • Oversee and coordinate the intern program, including onboarding, performance management, events, and return offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers in the mergers and acquisitions teams to understand their talent needs, coordinate their presence at campus recruitment events, and leverage their existing university relationships.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools by cultivating lasting relationships with candidates.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in campus recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and competitive environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing strong university relationships, and experience implementing and/or improving recruitment processes and/or talent programs.

The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in recruitment technology and application tracking systems is also required.
