We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Manager to join our team at Employment and Social Development Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing facility accommodation and real property management services, including managing projects to acquire, dispose, build, lease, or renovate real property.

  • Managing contracts and administering the delivery of services
  • Developing and executing program strategies
  • Managing financial resources through activities such as costing, forecasting, monitoring, and/or reporting on variances
  • Reviewing construction drawings and technical specifications
  • Managing human resources through coaching/training, performance management, and/or human resource planning
  • Negotiating in real property management services, such as leasing, contracts, or issues management

Graduation with a degree, certificate, or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution, in a discipline relevant to the duties of the position, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
