- Instruct staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Assess ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
- Ensure food quality and service standards are upheld
- Resolve customer complaints or issues
- Maintain inventory records, including stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and present reports
- Supervise the assembly of food trays
- Oversee the delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules for staff
- Manage a team of 5-10 individuals
- Supervise food and beverage servers
- Oversee food service counter attendants and food preparers
- Guide kitchen and food service helpers
- Direct staff across various responsibilities
