As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch Network, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your focus will be on managing a portfolio of high-value and complex small business owner relationships to achieve retention and other negotiated goals while meeting Scotiabank's Service Standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with small business owners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively engage with new and existing clients to build trust and provide comprehensive advice to help them succeed.
