Business Development Specialist M&A

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at LHR Global - Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our corporate development team, you will play a critical role in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Execution
- Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, evaluating their financials, operations, and market position.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans, including financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive assessments.
- Negotiate and finalize definitive agreements with target companies, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic objectives.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry networks and market intelligence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Strategic Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory environments.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's business operations, including financials, supply chain, and logistics.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership, informing business decisions and driving growth.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in business development, M&A, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in executing complex transactions and driving business growth.
- Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
