Position Overview

The St. Paul Abilities Network (Society) is seeking a dedicated Community Rehabilitation Worker to provide essential support to individuals in need of rehabilitation services. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients through effective community engagement and support.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months and less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in the field.
Security and Safety Requirements
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check.
  • Verification through the Child Abuse Registry.
  • Driver's license validity confirmation.
  • Screening via the Adult Abuse Registry.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Ability to work autonomously.
