Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Community Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at St. Paul Abilities Network (Society). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field, along with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Security and Safety: A valid criminal record check, Child Abuse Registry check, and Driver's validity licence check are required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in physically demanding environments.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and a strong client focus.
