We are seeking a skilled Community Rehabilitation Worker to join our team at St. Paul Abilities Network (Society). As a Community Rehabilitation Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Security and Safety: A criminal record check, child abuse registry check, driver's validity license check, and adult abuse registry check are required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, physically demanding, attention to detail, and large workload are essential.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, interpersonal awareness, judgement, values and ethics, client focus, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, and team player are required.
