About the Role:

The Guest Services Attendant plays a vital role within the Guest Services Team, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional care from the moment they arrive. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, this esteemed department holds a unique responsibility. The Guest Services Attendant is stationed at the bell stand within the hotel, greeting each guest by name upon their arrival and departure. They assist with transporting luggage to guest rooms upon arrival and to the hotel entrance or temporary storage for departing guests. Additionally, the Guest Services Attendant provides new guests with an orientation of the hotel facilities.

We seek candidates who possess outstanding personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Strong communication skills are crucial. This physically demanding position requires standing for extended periods and the capability to lift and push weights of at least 50lbs. The ideal candidate will exhibit a warm, welcoming demeanor, a positive outlook, and knowledge of the local area.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
