About the Role:
The Guestroom Attendant is a vital member of our housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our guest rooms. As a Guestroom Attendant, you will be responsible for:
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, including bedrooms, living areas, and bathrooms
- Providing turndown service and refreshing guest rooms for the evening
- Ensuring all amenities and supplies are restocked and replenished
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
