About the Position:

We are seeking a Hospitality Services Representative to become a vital part of our team at Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort. As a member of the Guest Services Team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests feel welcomed and thoroughly cared for during their visit. Your responsibilities will encompass greeting guests, assisting with luggage, providing hotel orientation, and more.

  • Exceptional personal presentation and interpersonal abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Physical capability to stand for 8 hours per shift and lift a minimum of 50lbs
