Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at WTC Burger Management Systems. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and a client-focused attitude.
