Join Our Team as a Lead Product Strategist
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Product Strategist to become a key member of our NuOrder (B2B) Product & Technology division. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing our vision and developing innovative solutions that will redefine the wholesale purchasing landscape.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive, creativity, and the courage to challenge conventional practices to enhance the buying experience for merchants and brands.
This position requires a technically adept individual who can seamlessly integrate various platforms and datasets to deliver exceptional customer value across multiple products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and craft product features and scope that harmonize customer needs, business objectives, and implementation realities.
- Collaborate with technical and design teams to create clear and actionable product delivery plans and requirements.
- Lead the execution and implementation of the product roadmap.
- Gather and analyze insights from our customer base, internal stakeholders, and market trends to inform product direction.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects and objectives.
- Deep understanding of product management principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a track record of delivering high-quality software on schedule.
- Familiarity with product strategy development and roadmapping tools.
- Experience with market research methodologies and tools.
Understanding of small to medium-sized business (SMB) or enterprise wholesale dynamics between merchants and brands/suppliers is advantageous.
