Position Overview
As the Lead Product Manager for Risk Solutions, you will spearhead the development and execution of the product strategy for our risk management team. Your objective will be to facilitate the secure utilization of our offerings while minimizing unnecessary obstacles. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams, including engineering, design, data analytics, marketing, compliance, and customer support, to deliver an exceptional product experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement risk management strategies to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the customer journey.
- Own and drive the product strategy related to risk decision-making.
- Leverage data analytics to uncover risk trends, generate insights, and guide decision-making processes.
- Establish performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of risk management initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
- Work in tandem with engineering and design teams to create products that resonate with customers.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and scaling.
- Articulate product vision and strategy to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C risk management within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with risk management tools, software, and methodologies.
- A proven track record of delivering impactful products.
