We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Lead Product Strategist** to join our team at UKG. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and shaping the future of our Human Capital Management (HCM) strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the HCM industry.
- Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and customer success teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and user experience designers to drive product innovation and delivery.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points, and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business and its goals, and make strategic decisions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- 10-15+ years of experience in product management at a technology-driven organization.
- A proven track record of leading, coaching, and mentoring product and user experience teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
